Brings deep experience in digital asset operations, growth strategy, and institutional deal-making.

Harrison Frye

Co-Founder and Head of M&A

Background in engineering and real estate management, with active involvement in the digital asset industry since 2016. Has exited multiple businesses and brings first-hand founder perspective to every sell-side mandate. Leads M&A deal execution, buyer relationships, and business development.

Michael Fashbinder

Head of Operations
