A new clean fully authorized MiCA Crypto-Asset Service Provider license is available for immediate acquisition.
EEA passporting notifications to be submitted across all 27 EU member states. Full pan-European market access across 30 EEA countries will be in place shortly.
In addition, a Payment Institution (PI) license has been applied for and is expected to be issued within approximately 6 weeks. Once issued, the entity will hold both a MiCA CASP and a PI license - covering both crypto-asset services and fiat payment rails under a single EU-regulated structure.
