Listing Summary

A cross-chain bridge, messaging and routing stack, in development since 2021 and run on mainnet for two years. It aggregates DEXs, bridges, intent protocols and other aggregators across 30+ networks including EVM chains, Solana and Tron, and is built to execute any-token-to-any-token cross-chain swaps that the user signs from their own wallet.

Underneath sits infrastructure that takes years to build: a proprietary authenticated messaging protocol with its own validator network (BLS multisignature consensus, epoch membership, Merkle-proof relay), a consensus bridge that can require confirmation across several transports including the native network, LayerZero and Axelar, a LayerZero OFT token bridge (the current, independently audited version of the bridge) with no recurring fees after setup, an on-chain router that resumes multi-step routes after a cross-chain hop, and a route-intelligence engine that turns observed multichain activity into a capability graph. Gasless execution via EIP-4337, EIP-7702 and Permit2 is built in. Approximately $1M has been spent on independent security audits across four firms.

Over its time on mainnet the platform processed $4B+ in cumulative swap volume across 6M+ transactions from 100k+ wallets, and the bridge was sold as a service to EVM chains. The business raised $9M+ from crypto venture funds and DeFi founders.

Public services are paused while the company winds down. The infrastructure is maintained and can be brought up for a live demonstration, and the full stack is packaged for redeployment inside a buyer's own infrastructure. An architecture and deployment handoff package (repositories, contract sources, container builds, deployment scripts, address manifests and runbooks) is already prepared. Delaware corporation.

Open to a full technology and IP acquisition, a carve-out of specific components, or an acqui-hire with the implementation team joining the acquirer. The company owns all of the intellectual property. Brand, domains and social channels can be included. The protocol token and DAO are not part of the sale. Open to offers, and consideration can combine cash with equity or tokens. Full technical documentation, operating cost breakdown and cap table are available under NDA.

Growth
  • Chain integration as a service. The bridge has already been sold as a service to EVM chains, and a packaged offering (bridge integration, oracle and messaging deployment, native token cross-chain listing, liquidity bootstrapping) is specified and priced, ready for a buyer with chain BD relationships.
  • Integrator fee revenue. Configurable integrator commissions are built into the routing API, leaving monetisation headroom for a buyer with distribution among wallets and dApps.
  • Own the bridge. An L1, L2 or stablecoin issuer can run the stack as its own controlled bridge and messaging layer instead of paying recurring fees to a third-party bridge.
  • Embedded settlement rails. Fintechs, neobanks and stablecoin payment companies can add cross-chain transfers and swaps across EVM, Solana and Tron through one API, with the end user's wallet keeping custody.
  • Better pricing for an existing aggregator. Composed routes (source swap, controlled bridge leg, destination swap) are compared against full external routes, which improves output on corridors where single-provider quotes are weak.
  • Route intelligence as a standalone product. Corridor, provider, chain-pair and route-shape analytics from the intelligence layer can be offered to integrators or used internally, independently of the swap interface.
  • One-click DeFi actions. Zap transactions move a user from any token on any chain into a lending or staking position in one step, a ready feature for wallets and yield products.
  • Team extension. The engineering team behind the validator network, messaging protocol and router can carry the stack into adjacent infrastructure under a buyer's roadmap.
Key Assets
  • Full source code and IP for the platform: smart contract suite (router and facets, GateKeeper, Receiver, OFT contracts, Universal Runner Factory), backend services and frontend
  • Proprietary cross-chain messaging protocol and validator network software (bootstrap, validator and witness nodes)
  • Multi-transport consensus bridge with native, LayerZero V2, Axelar GMP and Router Protocol transport adapters
  • LayerZero OFT token bridge
  • Routing and transaction-construction engine with streaming and complete route APIs, covering EVM, Solana and Tron
  • Route-intelligence layer: capability graph, market and token catalog, operator topology and analytics console
  • Lifecycle infrastructure: event indexing, delivery, destination signing and external-provider tracking
  • Audit reports from four independent security firms (approx. $1M in audits)
  • Deployment handoff package: container builds, deployment scripts, address manifests, environment specification and operator runbooks
  • Existing integrations with external aggregators, DEXs, bridges and price sources
  • Brand, domains and social channels (optional, at the buyer's choice)
  • Implementation team of four (manager plus three engineers) available to transition with the technology or join the acquirer
Ideal Buyer

Suits a buyer that wants to own its cross-chain layer rather than rent it, and has the users, liquidity or chain relationships to put it to work.

  • L1 and L2 blockchains - a private, controlled bridge and messaging stack instead of a dependency on third-party bridges
  • Bridges and messaging protocols - consolidation of a working validator network, consensus bridge and audited contract suite
  • DEX and swap aggregators - a controlled cross-chain leg and composed routing added to an existing aggregation business
  • Wallets - any-token-to-any-token cross-chain swaps, gasless execution and zaps inside the wallet
  • Fintechs, neobanks and stablecoin payment companies - audited cross-chain settlement rails across EVM, Solana and Tron
  • RWA and tokenisation platforms - control over how their assets move between chains
  • Infrastructure startups - a cross-chain product without years of build time

Secondary fit: a buyer whose main interest is the engineering team, through an acqui-hire with the technology included.

Selling Reason

The founding team is winding down the business as an independent company and is selling the technology to an acquirer with the distribution and liquidity to run it at scale.
