Listing Summary

A multi-chain staking rewards data API, in commercial operation since January 2024. One API returns staking rewards data across 20+ proof-of-stake networks spanning Cosmos, EVM, Solana, TON and Aleo ecosystems. Chain-specific reward mechanics are abstracted away, so the customer works with one consistent data model however many networks it covers. Outputs include wallet-level reward statements and validator APR comparisons.

Built for institutional reporting: staking providers, custodians, banks and asset managers that track rewards across many client wallets and need to verify validator distributions. From January 2024 to October 2026 the platform was in production with a top-tier institutional staking provider, since acquired by a US asset manager, under a contracted API arrangement. Following the acquisition, the new owner is consolidating the capability in-house. Customer details are shared on a first call.

Offered as a technology and IP asset sale of the product only: codebase, data infrastructure, API documentation, domain and website. No customer contracts transfer. The founder is available for a transition period covering implementation support, technical handover and extending coverage to the buyer's own networks. The seller is based in South Asia; the jurisdiction is released under NDA.

Asset purchase structure, with transition support negotiable.

Growth
  • Productise the delivery layer. The API is currently delivered as a bespoke institutional integration, which leaves a self-serve portal, tiered pricing and usage-based plans as headroom for a buyer with a product and sales team.
  • Cross-sell into an existing institutional client base. A custodian or staking provider can offer reward statements and validator verification to its own clients as a reporting feature.
  • Embedded data infrastructure. The same API can sit inside a custody dashboard, staking platform or fund administration product as a white-labelled data layer.
  • Accounting, tax and audit reporting. Wallet-level reward statements are the input crypto accounting, tax and fund admin platforms need for staking income.
  • Staking ETFs and regulated products. Issuers and asset managers with staking exposure need verifiable reward data per validator and per wallet.
  • Extend network coverage. The chain abstraction layer is already built, so each additional network within a supported family reuses the existing reward model.
  • Benchmarking and ratings. Validator APR comparison data is the base for a validator performance or ratings product.
  • Founder-assisted rollout. Transition support covers extending the infrastructure to the buyer's own network coverage.
Key Assets
  • Full source code and IP for the staking rewards data platform
  • Multi-chain data and indexing infrastructure, including the chain abstraction layer
  • REST API, Postman collection and integration documentation
  • Wallet-level reward statement and validator APR comparison reporting
  • Historical staking rewards data held on the platform
  • Domain and website
  • Founder transition support: implementation, technical handover and network extension
Ideal Buyer

Suits a buyer that already serves institutional staking clients and wants reward data in-house rather than licensed from a third party or built from scratch.

  • Staking providers and validators - reward reporting for institutional delegators without building per-chain indexing
  • Digital asset custodians - reward tracking and verification across client wallets as part of the custody offering
  • ETF / ETP issuers and asset managers with staking exposure - verifiable reward data for reporting and NAV
  • Banks entering digital assets - a ready reporting layer for staking services
  • Crypto accounting, tax and fund admin platforms - staking income data across 20+ networks through one integration
  • Staking data and ratings providers - additional network coverage and a reward statement product

Secondary fit: a blockchain data or analytics company adding a staking rewards vertical.

Selling Reason

The platform's institutional customer was acquired and is consolidating the capability in-house. The owner is selling the technology to a buyer with the distribution to take it to new customers.
